• Customer Service: If something goes wrong with your trip, or your room, you'll get the best customer service if you book directly with us. We can access your reservation in real time on our system to make modifications. If you book via a 3rd party OTA*, we cannot access their system so you could end up being on phone calls and emails with them, while you're standing in our lobby.
   
• Increased Flexibility:  We often have greater flexibility with cancelations, modifications, and refunds. If you book with a 3rd party OTA*, you will have to contact them an they often have cancelation penalties and policies that are more strict then ours.
